I am currently accepting a deposit on this gorgeous little AKC registered Chocolate Yorkshire Terrier girl we call Mocha. She was born August 10th and is pictured here at 5 weeks old. Mocha is the only female available from a little of 5, and will be ready for her new home around October 19th (10 weeks old). She is currently charting to be around 5 1/2 pounds as an adult.
Mocha is a precious little girl that will definitely steal your heart! As you can see, she has the most adorable little face, bright and alert eyes and beautiful shiny coat. She has a fantastic ear-set and a perfectly proportioned body. Mocha is alert, playful, and extremely happy and healthy, with a wonderful affectionate personality and magnificent temperament.
Mocha is being hand-raised and well-cared for in a clean, healthy environment, with lots of love and attention daily. I am an experienced breeder providing quality Yorkshire Terrier pups to loving pet homes for over 10 years. Mocha will be current on age appropriate vaccinations, given all of the necessary preventative de-wormings, vet checked and certified for health, and will come to you with a detailed health record and 1 year written health guarantee.
